A small room. A long list. A very specific mood.

Velvet Hour pours classics, oddities, and slow-shaken originals to a soundtrack of warm jazz and dusty soul records. Our team builds drinks the way a record gets sequenced — every pour has its place in the set. Tuesday through Sunday, doors at five, last call at one.

A short, opinionated list — mostly natural, mostly European, almost all available by the glass. We rotate four pours weekly.

Eight rotating taps and bottles from small breweries we drive out to visit. Lagers, saisons, the occasional stout when the night calls for it.

A snug snack menu — caviar service, jamón flights, marinated olives, and one very serious smash burger after ten o'clock.

Our menu changes every month, but the philosophy doesn't: balanced low-ABV sippers, well-built classics, and one or two drinks that will make you want to take notes. Snacks designed to keep up.

Private Events & Reservations

Buyouts, listening parties, and birthdays for eight or more.

We host private events Sunday and Monday and welcome groups of eight or more six nights a week. Tell us what you're celebrating, who's coming, and any songs that have to be on, and we'll handle the rest — from a curated bar menu to a hand-printed program for your table. For anniversaries, label launches, and after-show parties, we open up the back room and turn down the lights another notch.
